Certified Fitness Trainer
and Personal Coach

My fitness journey began as a dancer. I danced professionally for several years and slowly began to learn how other forms of fitness could compliment my dance career and make me a stronger individual.

I began my fitness career as a personal trainer and continued expanding as a group fitness instructor. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor.

I have specialty training as a NASM Women's Fitness Specialist (including pre and postnatal fitness) as well as level 1 and 2 of Functional Movement Systems- learning to identify and address muscular imbalances.

I'm certified to teach Barre, Pilates, and Yoga (500hr RYT). I also teach strength, stretch, and HIIT style fitness classes. In the past I taught BollyX and BollyX Low Impact. I'm currently a Program Specialist with Barre Above.

As a professional performer, I wanted to blend my performance knowledge and experience to help my fellow group fitness instructors. I coach new fitness instructors to help land group fitness jobs. Resume coaching, building and editing services are available.

Vocal Health for fitness instructors is another passion of mine. After seeing several other instructors suffer major vocal injury-- including instructors with singing voice training, I wanted to have a better understanding of why injury happens and how we can prevent it. I'm certified as a Vocal Health First Aider and I'm currently in the Vocal Health Practitioner pathway-- an eight month intensive program through Vocal Health Education.

I use my many years onstage to help you command the room. I can guide you through reading the room, effective cueing, vocal projection, and more to make you feel more confident as a fitness professional!

My Vision

My goal is to leverage the skills I've developed through my experience in the fitness industry and my experience as a performer and vocalist. This makes me uniquely qualified to help fitness instructors prepare for auditions, take the stage, and protect their voices!
