Unique Position! Remote Wellness Advisor

The Remote Wellness Advisor assists the General Manager with new membership sales as well the retention of current members. The Remote Wellness Advisor provides superior customer service while assisting potential and new students in class selections, answering membership questions, and transacting merchandise purchases. We expect you to be excited about exploring the goals of leads and why they are interested in a yoga practice, educating them on the benefits of yoga and YogaSix membership in particular, and be part of building a strong YogaSix community.


Skills:

• Excellent sales, communication, with strong customer service skills

• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets

• Must have excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email

• Must have proficient computer skills

• Attend special Wellness Advisor meetings as needed Responsibilities:

• Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale

• Engage warm leads by up to 50 outbound calls/SMS messages per day

• Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager and Head of Development

• Be knowledgeable about products, programs, and pricing

• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider

• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota

• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills

• Attend ongoing sales trainings with team
